Submit the material plus requested dates, times, and location to the principal/designee at least six working days ahead. Do not distribute on school property before approval.

The policy says the principal/designee decides within three working days. A denial or limitation should be explained in writing and may use only section II.B.2 criteria.
If not approved, a student may submit a written appeal request to the Superintendent/designee; the policy says an appeal decision within three working days.
AA425 does not specify an appeal form, filing deadline, delivery method, or automatic approval for a missed response deadline. Ask where to deliver an appeal and retain dated copies.
For limitations, AA425 does not separately explain whether the same appeal procedure applies. Ask the Superintendent’s office and keep following the stated conditions while seeking review.
